Welcome to JetAdore. By using our website, app, or any related services (collectively called “the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using JetAdore.

1. About JetAdore

JetAdore is a cloud-based software platform designed to help users manage aviation charter bookings. JetAdore does not operate aircraft or act as a charter broker. Any flight arrangements made through JetAdore are the responsibility of the charter operator or client.

2. Your Agreement

By creating an account or using JetAdore, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement.
  • You will use the Service only for lawful purposes.
  • You agree to comply with all applicable aviation and data protection laws.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login details secure.
  • Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date.
  • All activities that occur under your account.

JetAdore reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Use of the Service

You may use JetAdore only as intended:

  • To view, create, and manage bookings.
  • To access reporting and communication tools.

You may not use the Service to:

  • Interfere with other users.
  • Upload or share unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.
  • Copy or reverse-engineer JetAdore’s software.

5. Payments

Some parts of the Service may require payment. Prices are listed in South African Rand unless otherwise stated. All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified by JetAdore.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and design within JetAdore are owned by JetAdore (Pty) Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

JetAdore provides the Service “as is” and makes no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy, or suitability for any purpose. We are not responsible for:

  • Flight delays, cancellations, or errors caused by third-party operators.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Our total liability to you will never exceed the total amount paid to JetAdore in the previous 12 months.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of JetAdore is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the revised Terms.
